Limited Usage Rights of images from Gabriel Gurrola Photography
Photographers by law own the copyrights to images. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the photographer:* You may NOT do the following when receiving your retouched images from Gabriel Gurrola Photography:
- Sell the images for profit
- Sell the rights to the images to a magazine or any other publication or possible sponsors
- Edit the images and then publicly post them
Here is what you ARE permitted to do with the retouched images you receive from Gabriel Gurrola Photography:
- Unlimited Prints, ideal for headshots, business cards, portfolios, comp-cards
- Use the images to promote yourself as a professional
- Low-resolution images are licensed to allow you to use images online for your own personal use and your own promotional use.
